No one doubts that “children are the future.” However, what happens if the children are different? And if they have disabilities? How are they different from their peers? Are their dreams different? Do they laugh and cry differently? The streets, the school, the Sun and the wind are for everyone. Nevertheless, some adults insist: “disabled children should not be together with other children.” Parents abandon their children with disabilities, send them to orphanages, school management denies them the opportunity to study together with other children… The movie shows the practical side of inclusion, when children live in a family, go to a mainstream school, how they can be friends without dividing people into “us” and “them.”
